That with respect to Report CPC2013-023 and Bylaw 4P2013, the following be adopted, as amended: That Council direct Administration to consult with the Ward Alderman, the Beltline Community and the industry, on potential Area Redevelopment Plan amendments for the Beltline which may include, but not be limited to, grandfathering of signs, separating distances from parks and pathways, to return to the Calgary Planning Commission, if required, no later than 2014 April.
