That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2016-133 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.07 hectares ± (0.17 acres ±) located at 316 Midvalley Way SE (Plan 7810798, Block 23, Lot 24) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1s) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 128D2016.
