That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2013-060 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.57 hectares ± (1.40 acres ±) located at 150 – 69 Street SW (Plan 0110593, Lot 1) from DC Direct Control District to Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1s) District, in accordance with the Corporate Planning Applications Group recommendation, as amended; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 53D2013.
