That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2016-118 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.04 hectares ± (0.10 acres ±) located at 28 Hidden Creek Terrace NW (Plan 0110043, Block 18, Lot 23) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (RC1s) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 109D2016.
