That Recommendation 1, contained in Report UE2011-02 be adopted, as amended, as follows: b) AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council direct Administration to establish a stakeholder group to identify options to address the best way to improve dental health issues for children living in poverty in an amount to be taken from the monies saved in the operating budget from the discontinuation of fluoridation and return to Council through the SPC on Community and Protective Services with recommendations no later than November 2011.
