Direct Administration to prepare a bylaw amendment that allows for secondary suites, in attached and detached forms, to be a discretionary use in all districts currently zoned R-1, RC-1 and RC-1L within a 2.5 km radius of Mount Royal University, SAIT, ACAD, Bow Valley College and the University of Calgary.
