That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2016-186 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 1.02 hectares ± (2.52 acres ±) located at 145 Rockford Road NW (Plan 1111692, Block 3, Lot 32) from DC Direct Control District to Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1s) District and Special Purpose – School, Park and Community Reserve (S-SPR) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 187D2016.
