That with respect to Administration Recommendation 1 contained in Report LAS2013-27, the following be adopted: 1. That Council authorize Lease Recommendation 2 (Great Plains) contained in Attachment 2; and 2. Request that the Recommendation remain confidential under Sections 23(1)(b), 24(1)(a), 24(1)(g) and 25(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until all leases are fully executed.
