Resolution
That with respect to Report CPC2020-1364, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 9P2021 for the amendment to the North Hill Area Redevelopment Plan (Attachment 2); 2. Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 17D2021 for the redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.14 acres ±) located at 236 31 Avenue NE (Plan 3980AM, Block 66, Lots 3 and 4) from Residential Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Multi-Residential Contextual Grade-Oriented (M-CGd75) District; and 3. Direct that Attachment 8 remain confidential pursuant to Section 17 (Disclosure to personal privacy) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
