That with respect to Confidential Notice of Motion C2021-1073, the following be adopted: That Council: Adopt the confidential recommendations as contained in confidential Notice of Motion C2021-1073; and Direct the Notice of Motion and closed meeting discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party), 24 (Advice from officials), and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the need for such confidentiality to be reviewed upon execution of finalized agreements.
