That with respect to Report C2020-1368, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Direct Administration to proceed with planning Strategic Meetings of Council scheduled between 2021 January 1 and June 30, reflecting today’s discussion. 2. Direct Administration to ensure each Strategic Meeting allows time to focus on both the selected topic as well as emerging issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic; 3. Direct that the closed meeting discussion be held confidential pursuant to Section 24 (Advice from officials) of Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and release the report and presentation as public documents.
