That with respect to Report PFC2021-0559, the following be adopted: That Council: Approve adoption of Proposed Bylaw 34M2021 the continuing the position of City Treasurer and establishing the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Deputy City Treasurer as designated officers pursuant to section 210 of the Municipal Government Act; Repeal the current Banking Resolution; and Repeal Bylaw 31M2004.
