That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2017-291 , be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. Adopt the proposed redesignation of 0.07 hectares± (0.17 acres±) located at 647 - 4 Avenue NE (Plan 3247GL, Lots 2 and 3) from Multi-Residential - Contextual GradeOriented (M-CG d111) District to Multi-Residential - Contextual Medium Profile (M-C2) District, in accordance with Administration's recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 28902017.
