That the Aldermanic Office Coordinating Committee Recommendations contained in Report AOC2011-86 be adopted, after amendment, as follows: That Council approve an award of $100,000.00 with $50,000.00 to be disbursed in the fall of 2011 and the balance referred to the 2012-2014 Business Plan & Budget Debates to identify the funding source, with the balance paid in early 2012 January.
