That the Recommendations of the Procedure Bylaw Sub-Committee contained in Report PBS2011-01 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed amendments to the Order of Business at Regular Combined Meetings in Appendix One of the Procedure Bylaw 44M2006, as amended, by moving numbers 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 under the heading “Regular Combined Meeting” to after number 18; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 4M2011.
