That Councillor Davison's proposed motion with respect to Report PFC2018-0717 be amended by deleting it in its entirety and substituting with the following: "That Council: 1. Approve the application to utilize the Fiscal Stability Reserve for the Springbank Hill Community Park in the amount of $250,000; and 2. Direct Administration to engage with Council around the possibility of developing a fund to support community driven projects similar to this application and report back through Priority and Finance Committee with an update no later than Q1 2019."
