That the Priorities and Finance Committee Recommendation contained in Report PFC2014-0148, be adopted, as follows: That Council refer Report PFC2014-0148 to Administration to conduct targeted public engagement and explicitly address the question of vibration and low frequency noise, and return to Council through the SPC on Planning and Urban Development by 2014 September.
