That with respect to Report CPC2020-0940 the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Adopt, by bylaw, the proposed redesignation of 0.07 hectares ± (0.17 acres ±) located at 3404 - 3 Street NW (Plan 3674S, Block 6, Lots 11 to 13) from Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R CG) District; and 2. Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 129D2020.
