That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2013-094 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.05 hectares ± (0.12 acres ±) located at 4904 Marian Road NE (Plan 5897JK, Block 10, Lot 1) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R C1) District to Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1s) District, in accordance with the Corporate Planning Applications Group recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 82D2013.
