That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2017-292, be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. Adopt the proposed redesignation of 0.08 hectares± (0.19 acre±) located at 202 and 206 - 15 Avenue NE (Plan 791 P, Block 26, Lots 16 to 18) from Multi-Residential - Medium Profile Support Commercial (M-X2) District to Multi-Residential - High Density Low Rise (M-H1 h22) District, in accordance with Administration's recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 29002017.
