That with respect to Report C2020-1128, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Designate Mr. John Mathias to serve as Chair of both the Local Assessment Review Board and the Composite Assessment Review Board for 2021; and 2. Direct that Attachment 1 and related closed meeting discussions remain confidential under sections 17 (disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 19 (confidential evaluations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and shall remain confidential indefinitely.
