That with respect to Report C2020-1045, the following be adopted, as amended: That Council approve the following public members to continue to serve concurrently on more than one Board, Commission or Committee (BCC) of Council in accordance with section 5.13.4 of Council policy CP2016-003: Eileen Clearsky; Joe Lougheed; Richard Pootmans; and Kate Thompson.
