PUD2020-1106

That with respect to Report PUD2020-1106, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Give first reading to the Proposed Bylaw 49P2020, the proposed Municipal Development Plan, Volumes 1 and 3 (Attachment 3); and 2. WITHHOLD second and third reading of the Proposed Bylaw 49P2020 until volumes 1 and 3 of the Municipal Development Plan have been approved by the Calgary Metropolitan Region Board (CMRB). 3. Following third reading of the Proposed Bylaw 49P2020, Municipal Development Plan Volumes 1 and 3: 1. RESCIND, by resolution, Council Policy TP012 (Calgary Transportation Plan). 4. Direct Administration, as part of the next MDP/CTP monitoring report, to report back on: 1. Proposed changes to the 14 core indicators, and related impacts, taking into consideration the forthcoming CMRB Growth Plan. 2. The impacts of COVID-19 on achieving the long-term vision of the plans.
