That Council suspend Section 29.1 (Appendix F. 6) of the Procedure Bylaw 35M2017, as amended, in order to allow Councillor Keating to participate in the Closed meeting remotely; and That pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 19 (Confidential evaluations), 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations), 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials), 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) and 27 (Privileged information) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Council now move into Closed Meeting, in the Boardroom, at 7:32 p.m. to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following items:  14.2.1.
