That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2012-072 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.06 ha ± (0.14 ac ±) located at 159 Bermuda Way NW (Plan 7811546, Block 20, Lot 12) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1s) District, in accordance with the Corporate Planning Applications Group recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 61D2012.
