That Alderman Chabot’s motion NM2010-39 be brought forward and dealt with at this time, and that NM2010-39 be adopted, after amendment, as follows: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that, Council direct City Administration to utilize $240,000 of the Fiscal Stability Reserve to replace a portion of the sound attenuation fence to match the new existing sound attenuation fence; AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the Roads Department, weather permitting, include this work in their 2011 work program.
