That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2016-054 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.05 hectares ± (0.12 acres ±) located at 5 Citadel Estates Terrace NW (Plan 9813292, Block 1, Lot 2) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (RC1s) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 47D2016.
