That the SPC on Land Use, Planning and Transportation Recommendation 2 contained in Report LPT2010-74 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 2. Direct the Taxi and Limousine Advisory Committee (TLAC) to investigate a Peer Review Study on driver safety and driver partition/shields to determine the impact on driver safety in North America and to report back through the SPC on Land Use, Planning and Transportation no later than 2011 June.
