That with respect to report CPC2018-1362, the following be adopted: That Council hold a Public Hearing; and: 1. Adopt, by Bylaw, the proposed designation of 2.25 hectares ± (5.56 acres ±) located at 96 Royal Birch Point NW (Plan 1213721, Block 2, Lot 90) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District and Special Purpose – City and Regional Infrastructure (S-CRI) District to Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District and Special Purpose – Urban Nature (S-UN) District; and 2. Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 32D2019.
