That Bylaw 10P2013, as amended, be further amended in Schedule A, as follows: • On Page 19, Section 3.4, Shepard Residential Area Policies, Sub-Section 1 a. by deleting 1 a. in its entirety as follows: “1. a. Residential uses shall be the Predominant land use (by area) with the Existing Shepard Settlement Area and any other uses should be compatible with and complementary to the residential character of the area.” and by substituting the following “1. a. The existing Shepard Settlement area shall be solely residential.”
