That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2015-024 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 3.08 hectares ± (7.61 acres ±) located at 7005 Fairmount Drive SE (Plan 1412268, Block 8, Lot 1) from Industrial – General (I-G) District to Industrial – Commercial (I-C) District, in accordance with Administration‟s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 24D2015.
