That with respect to Report CPS2020-1221, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Approve the recommended FCSS allocations of $2 million for 2021, as detailed in Attachment 2; and, 2. Authorize Administration to access up to $750,000 from the FCSS Stabilization Reserve in 2021 for the purpose of funding non-profit organizations for emerging social issues and capacity-building initiatives.
