Amend Capital Budget Program 126-103, City Wide Active Modes Program, Roads, on page 166, by reducing the overall budget from $13.7 Million to $11.7 Million by removing $2.0 Million from Pay-As-You-Go and by reducing the mill-rate accordingly.
