That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2015-084 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.16 hectares ± (0.39 acres ±) located at 6939 Bow Crescent NW (Plan 5565AH, Block 35, Lot 16) from Residential – One Dwelling (R-1) District to Residential – One Dwelling (R-1s) District, in accordance with Administration‟s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 83D2015.
