That Alderman Colley-Urquhart's Motion NM2010-41 be adopted, as amended, as follows: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Administration be directed to consider a Station Area TOD Plan for Fish Creek - Lacombe LRT Station, to set out a long term vision and establish various implementation actions that will be instrumental in realizing the vision, AND FURTHER THAT this Station Area TOD Plan provide a detailed policy framework for TOD specific to the Fish-Creek Lacombe Station, and incorporate all current City policies and become the redevelopment standard and anchor for this area, AND FURTHER THAT Administration report back directly to Council no later than November 29, 2010, on resources required for the 2011 Work Program to.
