That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2015-132 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.32 hectares ± (0.79 acres ±) located at 4012 Bow Trail SW (Plan 2917HJ, Block 1A, Lots 26 and 27) from Commercial – Corridor 2 f1.0h10 (C-COR2 f1.0h10) District to Multi-Residential – Contextual Medium Profile (M-C2) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 127D2015.
