That SPC on Finance and Corporate Services Recommendation 3 contained in Report FCS2011-24 be adopted, as follows: That Council, in addition to the recommendations approved by the SPC on Land Use, Planning and Transportation for report LPT2011-77 on 2011 July 20: 3. Reinvest any increased transit revenues in improved transit services.
