Seconded by Councillor Chu Pursuant to Section 113(3) of the Procedure Bylaw 35M2017, as amended, that the Agenda for today's meeting be amended by adding Revised Notice of Motion - Ending the Payment of the City Council Transition Allowance, PFC2019-1552 as an items of Urgent Business. The Chair ruled Notice of Motion PFC2019-1552 out of order. Councillor Farkas challenged the Chair's ruling. The Chair put the question: "Shall the ruling of the Chair be upheld."
