That the SPC on Community and Protective Services Recommendations contained in Report CPS2017-0539 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. Direct Administration to conduct the work as outlined in Attachment 1 and report back to Council by Q4 2018; and 2. Direct Administration to bring forward a funding request as part of the 2018 budget adjustment process.
