That the Administration Recommendations contained in Report CPC2016-247 be adopted, after amendment, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT, by bylaw, the proposed redesignation of 0.07 hectares ± (0.17 acres ±) located at 3015 – 12 Avenue SW (Plan 8033FW, Lot 7) from Residential – Contextual One/Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 248D2016.
