Resolution
That Councillor Sutherland’s Green Sheet Re: Request To Reconsider Council's Decision From The Minutes of The 2015 June 29 Regular Meeting of Council With Respect to Item 11.2 Regional Servicing Update, C2015-0544 be adopted, after amendment, by adding a Resolution 2, as follows: AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Council: 2. Adopt the Recommendations contained in the In Camera presentation received at the 2015 June 29 Regular Meeting of Council with respect to C2015-0544 and keep the In Camera discussions and distribution confidential pursuant to Sections 24(1)(a) & (c) and 25(1)(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, until this matter is resolved.
