That the Administration Recommendations contained in Report CPC2017-102, be adopted as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.08 hectares ± (0.20 acres ±) located at 7408 Elbow Drive SW (Plan 3215HG, Block 6, Lot 40) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 104D2017.
