That with respect to Verbal Report C2019-0738, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Adopt the Administration Recommendation contained in the confidential distribution; and 2. Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions, Recommendations, and distribution remain confidential pursuant to Section 21 (disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) of FOIP, until the matters discussed are completed, to be reviewed for release in 10 years.
