That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2011-075 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed bylaw to amend the South Calgary/Altadore ARP; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 29P2011. 3. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.04 ha ± (0.11 ac ±) located at 2022 – 34 Avenue SW (Plan 4479P, Block 69, Lots 10 and 11) from Multi-Residential – Contextual Low Profile (M-C1) District to Commercial – Corridor 1 (C-COR1f1.0h10) District; and 4. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 55D2011.
