That with respect to Report ECA2019-0263, the following Motion Arising be adopted: That Council direct Administration to work with the Events Centre Assessment Committee to develop a public engagement plan including but not limited to: 1. Public feedback on the terms and conditions of any potential deal reached with Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation; 2. Public input and feedback on the potential Events Centre facility, programming, access, gathering spaces and other topics of interest. And report back to Council through the Events Centre Assessment Committee no later than Q3 2019.
