That with respect to Report UCS2021-1338, the following be adopted: The Council: Authorize Option 2 as outlined in confidential Attachment 3; Direct the Recommendations, Report, Attachments, and presentation remain confidential following the in-camera discussion pursuant to Sections 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials), and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until the Property is developed; except for Attachment 3 which will remain confidential.
