That with respect to Report CPC2018-033, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.05 hectares ± (0.11 acres ±) located at 53 Scripps Landing NW (Plan 9110255, Block 10, Lot 13) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1s) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 31D2018.
