That Councillors Chabot and Magliocca’s Motion, NM2015-24 be adopted, as follows: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Administration bring forward a complete financial breakdown of the projected cost recovery on the Green Line, factoring in the capital costs supported by the mill rate; AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Administration bring forward a recommendation on what cost recovery percentage change is required to be adopted by Council if all mill rate supported costs are incorporated into the entire transit system.
