That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2013-011 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.05 ha ± (0.12 ac ±) located at 10307 – 8 Street SW (Plan 4540HU, Block 2, Lot 33) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1s) District, in accordance with the Corporate Planning Applications Group recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 11D2013.
