That with respect to Notice of Motion C2021-0143, the following be adopted: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT before Council can take an informed position and decision on this matter: Administration and other experts be requested to make a presentation at the SPC on Utilities and Corporates Services with an initial presentation at the 2021 January meeting on the Government of Albertas decision to rescind the 1976 coal-mining policy that had protected the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains and the headwaters that flow from them, and; Administration bring forward options for Council consideration.
